PRC Chinese Flaming Singaporeans On Forum

ultimately, i still think PRCs are still smarter than stressporeans (look at how PRCs scholars dominate the dean list in nus/ntu every yr)
one thing for sure,
stresspore needs PRCs in order to prosper (look at how tennis ladies from PRC help this country clinch runner up spots)
but China does not need Stressporeans to prosper hehe, most importantly, economically, China is faring better and in 10 years time, they will be giants
even stresspore government have to respect PRCs now
don't forget stressporeans (for the chinese) roots are from china, they scolding their own ancestors?? haha
10 decades back their forefathers come from China to stresspore to slog like cleaners/coolies, get marry, give birth generations after generations until where you are in year 2009
To those sg chinese looking down on PRCs doing construction works/whores/cleaners in sg now, ask yourselves who your forefathers were from 10 decades ago

Japan economy size to be surpassed by 2010!!
Here is a timetable for the coming years, assuming modest slowdown in economic growth and gradual appreciation of the RMB:
2005: China world's fourth largest economy by nominal GDP surpassing Britain and France.
2006: China living standards (GDP by purchasing power parity, PPP, per person) the same as Ukraine
2007: China becomes the world's largest exporter, surpassing Germany, living standards (by PPP) the same as Turkey and Iran.
2008: China world's third largest economy , surpassing Germany, living standards higher than in Brazil.
2009: China living standards surpassing Thailand.
2010: China world's second biggest economy by nominal GDP, surpassing Japan. China becomes the biggest economy in the world by PPP, surpassing USA.
If trends continue, China will become the biggest trading nation (total imports and exports) by 2013-2014, and become the world's biggest economy by nominal GDP by 2021 (2020 if we include Macao, HK and Taiwan). By then, living standards will be equal to today's South Korea.------------
Singapore's economy could shrink by up to 8% this year. China , however, will grow by at least 7%.

What I don't like about PRC is that they believe the world has to conform to their standards.
It happens in the UK where I reside right now. They can't even speak English proper even after many years in their host country.
They are anti-social, rude, arrogant and no wonder the ang mohs don't like them.
Ang moh always surprise my engrish so good. Thanks PRC for really giving a bad name for all chinese people. I always remind them I am SINGAPOREAN.
ABC and BBC (British Born Chinese) can speak both Cantonese, Chinese or English really well.
But PRC remain arrogant.
Funny thing is, even the BBCs don't like the PRC. No one likes them.

when i wanna buy a item, i always check whether it is made from china or not
dun say i anyhow say, i have watch alot of news mentioning china making fake item
many of them make bad quality things ............. i dunno rite now they got change or not

I dunno about it these daysMy friend just told me that in China you can print Made in Korea or insert country of your choice in the items they manufacture for you :x

Haha... our ancestors are bad doesn't mean we (a few generations down the line) are bad. At least we (Singaporean Chinese) are slowly becoming better (more civilised and westernised). How about HK people then? Aren't they considered China citizens too? -

Hmm, I went into their forums with an open mind.
Actually, I found their threads quite an interesting read. I myself have Chinese friends, I prefer to refer them as Chinese rather than China ppl or even worst PRC's. Its true though that the majority of Singaporeans speak really bad Chinese with really bad pronounciation and our English sounds really dead due to us pronouncing it in one single flat tone.

As chinese myself i was proud of how our ancestors fought and put up resistence to the imperial japanese army back in WW2. But i can never forget the shame of what had been done to the millions of chinese in mainland china. after the defeat of imperial japan some chinese used to mumble and repeat the words "xiao Re Ben" - meaning "little Japan". So what could they do? This little island invaded and shamed them to the core! So what if you are big? Even Angmoh dare throw rottten eggs at the pm during speech man !

They are living within their own world, ignoring the reality and fact that the international language is English. It is English that has benefitted many of us. China Chinese from north sucks big time in the way they look down and criticise us. On the contrary, the Brits are a tolerant lot who are able to accommodate so many Asian people speaking their different styles of English.
Hey, you the northern Chinese, Mandarin is not the international language. Many people do without Mandarin in business dealings. They need to learn to do as the Romans do in Rome.
