I really need help with something cause I'm freaking out 934829048320 times.
I just started ebaying and while I had so much fun, I eventually met a buyer who only accepted paypal (I was using DBS Mastercard for the previous purchases). So I set up my paypal account, and naively proceeded to follow the instructions for topping up my account. I didn't see how to top up the account using credit card when I clicked Top-Up, but I was given 2 options - to fill up an application form that take 4-6days to process or to do an instant internet bank transfer. I chose the latter and proceeded to transfer money using DBS ibanking to the Bank of America Paypal account.
However, I refreshed both my Paypal and my DBS transactions page a few times for a few hours and there was a deduction in DBS, but no top-up in Paypal! I 'troubleshooted', and I realized Paypal doesn't accept transfers from DBS! I am at a loss now because I'm really new to this and I really want to retrieve my money back, wherever it is.
It doesn't help either, when people are posting so many paypal horror stories. I'm afraid I cannot get my money back!
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Or does anyone work in the bank or something? Please help.. pleeaaase!
Hmm. my paypal account is like very easy.
I join, add in cradit card details,then i faster call up bank to ask them tel me the activation code or verfication code.. then can buy on-line liao ah..???
