hi, i have a few questions regarding NYAA, if you've done it you might know.... the NYAA ppl have not answered me for a long time... this is what i wrote to them, hope you can answer my questions. all answers are greatly apreciated =)
hi, my school has enrolled my level in the
NYAA program a few months ago but i lost the booklets. my NYAA
coordinator is unwilling to replace the booklets for me. she also said
the replacement cost is $5, not $7 for bronze. if i fill up and send
the enrollment form will the 2 NYAA booklets be sent directly to my
address or to the school? i also went for a 5D4N camp, but couldn't get
the signature or comments of my instructor. however, i do have a cert
that can prove i went there. can i just attach the cert and submit
without signature/comments?
