Last weekend, went to Cineleisure with my friend to catch the movie Push. While waiting for the screening, i went to play some lan games at level 9. Now while hanging around the counter area, checking the prices and whats new, i saw this bunch of youngsters (prolly 16-18 yrs old ba), and particularly, i noticed this couple.
The guy who looked like a typical ahbeng (kinda plump , crappy looks heh), was hugging this girl (who looked i must say pretty decent , sweet looking) so hard, pushing his groin onto her butt. She looked really uncomfortable, and a few times struggled and broke free from his hugging trying to chat and change topic to prevent him from doing it. But he seems persistant and was rough and fierce, and i saw that she finally gave in, and just let him hug.To my shock, he wasnt just hugging, he was rubbing his groin against her quite obviously, and im sure u guys know what the hell he is doing. She had the really upset looks but just allowed him to do so. I think the girl must be really innocent to know what she is going through. In this case, would this be like a case of molest already?

Yes. Molest only if she told him specifically to stop it and he didnt.
Its outrage of modesty when after he did it. He send sms or tells her that he did it because she is easy/she deserves it and he couldnt help his urges because she is too beautiful, dressed too seductively or whatever crap compliment he thinks he is giving.
Or in some OM cases, its because the girl is not aware that she was taken advantage of. She later realised that she was taken advantage of and its thus called outrage of modesty.
Like for example taking pics of her underwear under her skirt at the escalator. Showing her a middle finger to provoke her or telling her she is a prostitute, a biatch or a sluut is considered OM.
But generally. The scenerio is 'causing a public nuisance' with a sexual act. I forgot the actual term....
