Could you give me the name of the uploader? Because most of the top gear episodes uploaded there by my regular guy has been taken down.

i'm not so sure about that one. I just search using the search feature. For example I want to watch season 12 episode 5, i'd just type 'topgear 12x05' or just topgear season 12 and look for episode 5.
or alternatively you can use google video. All you need to do it just type which season and which episode you want.
