buying LCD TV, which brand, LG,Sony,Sharp,Samsung?

  Hi, this is my first time looking for LCD TV 20+ inch.

  Can some tell me which brand is good in term of price and quality?

  Sony, Samsung, Sharp, LG,philips, panasonic, toshiba? or perhaps others?

  samsung the start up the tv programme very de slow. it take about more then 5~10 sec then you can see the screen up.

  yah....
  when i 1st got the tv, sometimes i press liao then i tot i neber press.... then i press again...
  then keep pressing and pressing....
  
  but now i have learnt to be patient........
  press liao then go kitchen fetch food or drink then come back, just nice.... booted up liao

  go for true HD i think pixel should b 19xx X 7xx

  got 3 TV at home so far sharp still the sharpest

  No one suggest Panasonic? Only $599 for a 32inch at Harvey Norman, LG as well.

  I saw a 20+inch Sharp Aquos at price $399.

  Other than that, all is about $899 / $999

  go for LG/Sony/sharp.

   

  Samsung is make in china, no QC, dont bother to waste ur money and their tech support is horrible.

  All SONY is not made in china?

  If you ever been to some factory, you see the machine stamp/inscrip/print "Made In XXX" when the factory is in china..zzzz

  Mayb i try find the factory vedio i hv of xxx brand print "Made In Usa" ,and the factory manager is squatting down smoking @ guangzhou

  Philips good deal for money. The panel's the same as LG's, but only the software differs and assembled in SG.
