Can Blind singers make it?

Why blind singers like andrea bocelli can make it but ours can't?
I remember an elderly man saying that why we support blind singer and not sighted normal ones..sigh

So many singers out there. Many sighted ones already cant survive, let alone blind ones.

I believe these 2 guys are visually handicapped.(a better term to use)
If you watch them, you will notice that both of them move their heads from side to side when they are singing. The reason being, they do not know where the mike is??

Can some visal imparied singer sing like those good singer in the 1st place or not?
To me, if the singer no hand, no leg yet sing the best,he/she will stil be my idol...If u understand what i mean.
