worst case scenario, register with welfare NPOs, singapore has pretty friendly weather and is generally quite clean, sleep outdoors like east coast park, take shower there also
another option: commit petty crime and get to spend time at Changi Prison, at least it'll beef up your social life, get free food and clean clothes

why must commit petty crime?
Why not commit big crimes like rape?
You get to enjoy the free fuck, see the girl scream and struggle whick makes you feel so shiok, get a long jail in prison which means that you get free food and free place to stay until you die and best of all, they can't cane your asshole because you are too old.
