Don't know about elsewhere in the world, but the weather here's been weird lately. There's definitely some changes to gobal climate. Unfortunately, individuals thinks whatever little they can do, would not help anyway and can't be bothered.

The government is considering erecting giant concrete walls around the island. So we are safe sea-levels wise.
But if our neighbours food supplies get all screwed up from climate change, then we are also going to get screwed.
American scientists are talking about stemming polar melting by covering ice shelves with reflective blankets.
But Singapore is not sending a good message to our neighbours on climate change by insisting to be classified as a "developing country" (Non annex H1) the Climate Change Conventions, so that it can reap the business benefits and other forms of 'aid'. All countries have to be involved, right now it seems to be just the EU that is really serious about climate change, while Asia and ASEAN is more concerned about investment and the great pursuit of MONEY. Not that we should blame them.
You can participate in Earth Day initiatives, but if the whole world switches off electricity for 1 day, it's just a waste of energy because power is still generated but not used lol. The global one day exercise of switching off lights is ridiculous because it doesn't do anything.
Michelle Goh and other Medieval Corps celebrities should hold a concert at Kallang entitled:
"Show off cleavage for the Environment"
"Or paint your Chest GREEN"

I feel that burning incense pollutes the air. It somehow causes global warming. Do you agree with me?

Save mother earth is a must thing to do even we start late.
Now what we can do is to slow down the progress.
Our modern technology is killing earth ( like car / plastic waste / chopping down / pollution / tree...etc ).
In singapore best way to do is try to bring own re-cycle bag for shopping. Avoid taking plastic bag / switch off the light .. tv when not in used / buy re-cycle product ).
there's still many things we can do.... just keep a look out.

I feel that as long as we keep breathing, we give off carbon dioxide, the amount of carbon dioxide we produce in our lifetime cannot be compared to the insignificant number of times we burn incense.

i tink we cannot stop the chinese(mostly) from burning in this short while.

True but with more plants, the carbon dioxide can be reduced.
But for burning, there are more harmful things given out than carbon dioxide.

if men didn't think about profit, slowing global warming could be done in a jiffy with the help of modern technology...
