How to contact the administrator?

Actually this is not a problem faced by me. A friend of mine was being severely flamed by someone who could not agree with his views.
Worst, the flamer knew my friend personally and used my friend's real name in the flaming. As a result, if you google my friend's name, the flaming thread will show on the first page.
This has brought much embarrassment to my friend, in school. He wants to contact the administrator of sgforums.com and get things resolved ASAP but does not know how to contact him.
Anyone knows who is the administrator and how to contact him/her? Thanks!

I think you can message the moderator about this.
FYI: The person who flamed your friend is liable to get sued. Since the identity is not anonymous it is easy to file a civil lawsuit. I think aunt Viciouskitty has accomplished this before, you may want to ask her for some advise.

Thank you. However, the identity of the flamer could not be confirmed, but he is surely from the same school as my friend. I think banning the account and deleting the flaming threads are enough. -

Thank you for your suggestion. I have already PM-ed FireIce and I am waiting for the response now, hoping to see my friend's matter resolved ASAP. -

You are somewhat right. Fireice said "threadstarter has been banned" and "no further actions required on this matter" even though anyone can still post threads in the forum.I don't understand. Why can't that forum be deleted???
