why are our people so reactive?

Hi, I believe with the current swine flu, alot has been drawn on asia pacific's past experience with sars which should make us more aware of how to protect ourselves from another outbreak.
During the SARS outbreak, I believe most of us still rem where the toilets, washing areas are kept in tip top shape, and regular checks were done, even with our ministers doing walks, praising..
what happened between then and now, when again, we are called to 'arms'?
The standards have plummeted.. where have all the regular checks/maintenance gone? Considerably, We the people are still paying, if not, more. But then, it seems, no fire, no water-bucket.
I urge the responsible people not to react only when the fire is burning at their butts.. Do note, your pay is pegged to the top earners in commerical world, but then ur efforts/standards, are pegged to the nearby kopi shop's toilet cleaniness..
One word - horrible.

I think in singapore wearing mask ( when sick or coughing..etc ) not a commom thing. Unlike in Japan.
Just advise if really sick go see doctor and stay home and rest.

It is neither chemistry or mexican flu, but one needs the ability to read between the lines, which sadly, only the intellect can do and is apparently in lack here.

So you expect the public toilet to be brand new everytime a retard like you is going to use it?Go and buy your own toilet bowls and change them yourself lor.....
