  Hi,

   

  Can anyone advise me on the expected cost for aircon servicing? How about topping up of gas? To what psi usually?

  To prevent getting cheated of the prices, call a few and check the price.

   

  No idea what u mean by psi in relation to gas.

  The cost depends on the following:

  The condition of the Compressor unit, the fan coil units & the condition of the ducting system.  It's best u get a reliable air cond repairman & ideally from a recommendation of a friend.  Additionally u should get a free quotation without any obligation.

  Psi is pound per sq inch pressure -this is an indication of the amt of gas in the compressor unit & the repairman will use a gauge to check for the correct amt in your air cond.

  psi means the pee sia in relation to your gas. you got too much pee sia, the duct get choked. My suggestion is that if your aircon is sick, get a new one, so cheap. Help to generate the economy ya. Thanks
