From millionaire to pauper in sg!

  Wondered if you guys read the newpaper on friday about an old man living in airport who used ot have 15millions in assets but reduced living with a grumpy man in a rented flat..lost his wife and estranged with his children during this period.....

  So why SG can't be forgiving to a millionaire who used to live in a big house and now turned pauper ?How many SG men can take this setback?
