I have a craving to eat cokles

I am craving for them now.
Actually they are in the fridge (leftover from dinner) and I keep thinking of them.
What should I do?

Ingredients: -
- 200gm lala
- 1/2 tomato (shredded)
- 100gm salted vegetables (shredded)
- 50gm young ginger (shredded)
- 1 red chilli (shredded)
- 1 bird eyes chilli (minced)
Seasoning: -
- 1 tsp oyster sayce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of pepper
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sour plum sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornflour (mix with water)
Method: -
1. Clean the lala properly, for later use
2. Heat up wok and add in little oil, saute ginger shreds, chilli shreds, tomato shreds, minced bird eyes chilli and salted vegetables shreds until fragrant. Add in lala, stir for a while, pour in water and other seasoning. Keep stirring while pouring cornflour solution. Stir until gravy is slightly thicken. Dish up
