  door mount not necessarily drilled into the door frame... but of cos more secure la, you wouldn't want to get battered on the head while attempting to do some pull ups would ya?

  ceiling one not safe. your weight gonna pull the screws out... buy those wall mount ones...

  yeah man i've searched in most of those sports shop and i have yet to find those wall mounted bars. im thinking of making my own hahaha
