During some job interviews, the interviewer will describe the job scope to you and than ask you what do you think about the job.
How do you reply?
Say the job is easy and the interviewer will think you are proud and arrogant.
Say the job is challenging and the interviewer will think you are not up to the job/you have low self confidence.
So what exactly to reply to such stupid question?
how come nobody know how to answer this question ah

Because we don't know.
When you are told the job scope and asked for your thoughts, instead of saying easy or tough, you should say what abilities and knowledges you have that can help out in the different parts of the job.

Sometimes they say the job description so fast until i can't even catch what they are saying..

That is where bluffology come in place.
You must know the rough job scope before hand, prepare some answers, catch a bit of what they say, and then throw some sensible answers to them.

But some interviews do not tell you the job scope beforehand. The position write "Executive" but never write what department and the job scope.
Only during the interview than they tell you what department is it and the job scope and they say until very fast can't catch what they are saying
Erm, Say the job scope is very challenging, but you are sure you will be able to rise up to the challenges because : examples from ur intern and everything i suppose?
Keep these three sentences in mind
1) "There should be no problem, I used to do those when I was with company ABC. Its melding them into new company's pace and work culture that might take some time and some work."
2) "Anything else? I got no problems with those you described. Maybe need sometime to polish up the SAP/Autocad usage/speaking Hindi, since I have not used those skills for a long time"
3) "Hmmm.....I will require some training on a main portion. But the rest I am sure should be okay." (This is of course, you were saying that you dont know the portion, but willing to take on training.)
Interviewing is alway a natural skills, the rest is just how u dress up and present yourself, bull to those training, once inside the room, all gone case,.so it depend on who u r, what is the interviewer gender and grade, the job u are applying and of course the bargaining chips on the table in whether how much u need the job or how desparate they need you for the job.
Never fall into a spell of interview phobia, be what you are, just be presentable and if u got a good interviewer like me, i see your confident and body language more than what you are talking. Show yr confident and answer will automatically come into your mind.
For the above question you just said
"Oh, great job scopes (even if u dun understand but need the job), i believe i have no problem in adapting to it, but of course i still need your good company mentoring to guide me along the way, given my resumes and situation, the jobscope you presented suit me well, the rest is attitude and discipline which I am sure I got no problem in it, and you have all the right to judge me along the way."
Then come the next bomb...the most important bomb. What is your expectation (salary)? Remember interviewers dun like to be question back, you try not to ask a interviewers unless you got the job.
ya huh, expected salary what should i say if they ask ar?
You either quote a last salary or tell them a slightly higher amount (Maybe 100 more.)and mention its negotiable since you are comfortable with the pay relating to what you will be doing.
(Make them think you find their job chicken feat, and you wont mind being paid less for the lessor work.)
If they crease their forehead, and try to negotiate to 50% of what you are asking. Then forget it. They are looking for really cheap labour.

Some bosses want employees who are not smart.
While some other bosses may want employees who are smarter than them.
It's a 50-50 thing. ![]()
some bosses just wan to get the work done regardless the employee is smart or not..

Actually, it is all the bosses.
Just be confident and portray a confident image, thats all.
Dont think too much, just reply according to your thoughts.
Too much thinking will make your answers seem fake.
When you apply for a low salary job that is totally not related to your field of study, say you are a diploma in engineering graduate who has been working as a engineer earning 2k a month and got retrechned.
You tried to find an engineering job but can't find.
So you decided to just apply for any jobs such as waiter, retail assistant etc which is not related to your previous field of work and salary much lower also. Your purpose is just to get a job, earn some money to pay your daily expenses while at the same time you try to find an engineering job
During the interview when they ask you why you suddenly want to switch to retail, waiter job when the pay is so low, what should you say so that they will think that you really want to switch career and not just take on this job for a short time and than job hope when you get a better job?

Just tell honestly that time is hard and you are willing to take up any job.
Divert their attention and stop them from asking questions such as "wIll you job-hop?" by talking about how you can contribute as a waiter/retailer with certain attributes of yours which stand out from other people.
Most importantly, when they ask you your expected pay, answer something lower than others, and you win already.
Obviously you shouldnt try to create an impression that you really want to switch career.
It will seem like a lie.
I think they wont ask you this question, usually for those positions, the turnover rate is quite high, it is normal for the workers to drop out.
In case they really ask you.....just say honestly. But add the following positives...you will work hard, you will be punctual, bring in good results, adapt quickly, etc, please give me a chance.
That will be better.
Or alternatively you should try to find temporary or flexible jobs.
Like one time I had an experience working in an auto-dealership in the back (admin), and luckily my boss allowed me to go to interviews, how nice is that. I told her since the beginning that Im looking for a job (another job), she said OK. So we had an agreement and an understanding. In fact a few times I took half-day leave to go to interviews in other companies.
Say job is challenging but you will live up to the challenges.
Just be honest , passion and commitment , Thats what i did in my interview and i got it
dont lie or something just be real

Some other stupid questions which they like to ask
"Why do you want to work in my company"?
"Why do you want to work in my company which is so far from your house. Why don't you find a job that is near your place?"
If its a big company or government company, you can say because the benefits is good.
What if its a small company or hospitals etc.
How do you answer these questions?

How do you answer these questions?
"Because its there!"
"Because its there, and its not near my home!"
"Smaller companies put more tasks on individuals, unlike in big companies where individuals only take on a single task! Hence for the same amount of salary I'm paid, I have to do more to make my worth!"![]()

Sarcasm on a new level.
Old answer: Because I cannot find another job, but I am willing to work very hard here.
