Bad service at True Spa (Taka)

I'm really angry with True spa service, ok the story goes like this:
I have an appt at 4pm today for a trial massage for UOB credit card holder, my friend don't feel like going so she call and ask them if it's ok another person go down, a guy name Michael say ok, not a problem,
Even i still feel a bit sick, but i still go down cause i afraid they will bother my friend. I reach there abt 3.30pm, they ask me to sit down and ask me questions like do i have credit card and do i do facial or msg regularly. The consultant ask me to sit down and wait and abt 3.45pm she tell me the massue is preparing the room. So i waited till 4pm, i tell the recep i'm a bit rush of time, so they say they will check for me.
The consultant came back to me again, tell me if i'm in a rush they can fixed another date for me. I was so shocked when she tell me this, i ask her "just now u say the massue is preparing the room, then y now u r telling me this??" Then she say now got room, but not enough massue cause today got 4 staff on MC. WTF man!!! Can't they call me in the morning or when i reached, make me sit there and wait like a fool.
I strongly believe that it's because of my dressing code, so they dun want put me in, instead there's few ladies also come for trial and they are served immediately. So is it saying that next time we go for spa trial, we must dress up, carry LV and wear Cartier??
I was so angry that i straight away walk out and tell the recep to return the form that got my personal particular to me and i also tell her she should not be sitting at the counter, it spoilt the company image. -

Thats why I don't go to spas, I hate nasty surprises.

because they may ask u to sign packages after the session
and they will 关门放狗 until u sign something with them
so be glad. relli. -
but hor, actually maybe u're not ur fren.
cos ur fren shd be the one using this UOB priviledges..
anyway, just ur luck la..

My ex-colleague gave his "free-trial" to me and my gf too.
My experience was still ok. The massage was very good.
But in the end, we did not sign up the package.
And the sales girl was like trying to contain her anger when we left without signing up. Luckily volcano did not erupt.

I was invited to go down today for the free trial. Now I am thinking twice whether to go or not!

there has been a lot of -ve reviews about them, esp their sales tactics, all over other forums

Actually, they cannot like that one nor... give free trial must do it graciously. What right do they have to be angry just because we don't want to commit? Really sick of these people. That's why I don't go for free trials.

Save the trouble. Don't go, otherwise the salesperson will rattle non-stop and sway you to sign some stupid contracts or buy expensive stuff. I nearly tio-ed. -

Most massage centers and spas are very materialistic, they only want customers to sign expensive packages, they hated and look down on customers who come for ad-hoc massages. Dressed in LV, gucci, prada, you'll be served like a king/queen. Dressed in T-shirts and shorts, they think you're pauper. Gone are the days when one can truly relax at spas, without worrying any dirty sale tactics by staff.
