  Do they ship to singapore, how do i know if they ship to singapore

  Under "Shipping", if they write that the item can only be shipped within US, then it is only available for US customers. Otherwise, products are usually shippable to most places ( including SG ).

  FYI, anything that contains a lithium ion battery is against US customs regulations for overseas shipping.

  I bought a laptop battery and Vpost said I couldn't ship it over, but I managed to circumvent their controls and got the laptop battery anyway.

  Most likely because of terrorism issues.

   

  Should read the prohibited items on the Vpost website, perfumes are also prohibited items.

  Some models of electronics goods cannot be found locally...so i want to buy it from amazon.

  Rule #1, Amazon does not ship electronic goods overseas. They don't even allow you to complete the purchase if the mailing address is other than USA.

  You probably need special clearance for EAR items and you need to ship FedEx International Express, it is definitely not going to be cheap.

  Even if you are willing to pay sky high shipping rates, you still have to find a way to get the product from Amazon to Fedex, it helps if you have friends studying in the USA.
