Who coined "xiao char bor" / crazy woman?

  How does this term "xiao char bor" come about?

  Who coined it? (Teochew dialect who means crazy woman?)

  Any folklore about it? 

  
  
  I don't hear people saying "xiao ta bor" (Teochew dialect which means crazy man) Or rather, it's less frequent.

  It rings true, at times. 

  I do experience "xiao char bor" rather than crazy men.

  Even the mambo jumbo song by Sabrina  reminds me of the coined phrase :
  
  a part that goes "......boys boys boys...."  then the crowd will shout "xiao char bor ah...xiao char bor ......"

  
  Hence, I wondered the origin of it.

  Why?

  I'm more interested in knowing who coined the term "xmm" and in this case there is no "xdd" either.
