I urge you not to disclose any information regarding ANY users including 'youyayu' as SGFORUMS should reserved the rights to protect it users.
Secondly, SGFORUMS is trusted with it users information and without any court orders or by the Singapore Police Force, information should not be given out to the public but kept confidential.
Thirdly, SGFORUMS is a forum where people write their thoughts, feeling, a place where people socialise, an online discussion site thought writing in the forums. What 'iamw7' clearly shows that he might be one of the victims and suffered from a loss which lead to him typing his personal opinion SGFORUMS. I strongly believe that writting of personal opinion is NOT an illegal act in the country of Singapore.

These kind of company, they don't care if they make trouble for anyone. All they want is money. They're trying to make an example out of yyy, so that no one else dares to "defame" them.Nobody else will care what's the truth about these kind of company. No matter what, they cannot win this case. I do not think entered any personal information when registering, thus providing them with the information is impossible
If i am not wrong, to get the person's information, must get the ip address, some police thing, then go singnet or starhub to check. And i do not think they will disclose such information either(take the odex thing as example)

The servers of sgForums being hosted in Britain, the Singapore Police Force nor the Government of Singapore do NOT holds any authority over sgForums. At most a legal case in court.
I was directed here from EDMW, but neverthless - please take my advice. Pursue it in a British Court, not a Singapore's. :)

youyayu, they sound very aggressive, if they manage to track you down, for sure they are going to make legal threats against you.
Actually I am worried that if they are allowed to succeed with you, they may start to track down more of us here at sgforums.
First it is with you, then more will come against us.
