Opinions belong to the user, and everyone has one. It doesn't mean that the forum admin condones or condemns it. Why should the admin take it down if they can't be certain that the post was made irresponsibly? Anyway HEG needs a proper order before it can demand the IP address from which that post was sent, and the only useful particulars we've submitted are our e-mail addresses.

What is a "false light" claim?
Some states allow people to sue for damages that arise when others place them in a false light. Why did they not go after Asia One, who had also published the news article that featured complaints that are close the contents of the blog ?
This attempt at attacking the hapless blogger is similar to NKF's T.T. Durai's effort at silencing three hapless citizens - who saw him flying first class, and had raised the issue in public.
Durai had challenged them on this FACT, or pay damages plus publish an apology for the "false" libellous statements made about him.
How does a hapless citizen get the confidential passenger list from the airlines to prove what their eyes have seen in Durai's place in the first class cabin ?
The point now is whether Asia One and ChannelnewsAsia has reported the same contents as the blog, and if so - has the plaintiff taken similar actions against the two GLC giants in Singapore.
