If you checked up on epayasia, it was a joint venture with the e-pay Ltd (UK) that started in Malaysia in 1999. And then they expanded and expanded, and now have offices worldwide, with the corporate office in Oz.
They also claim to operate one of Asia’s largest regional electronic payment networks. So I guess thats why DBS partnered with them and arrange the run event thingie. Also if you note, just before leaving the DBS website to epayasia, DBS gives a disclaimer page informing you that you are redirected to a third party website.
