Public powerpoints / working area in SG?

i need to drill holes into quite a lot of ceramic tiles (individual tiles, not those on the walls), and i'm afraid to do it at home due to loud noise and the amt of dust generated.
got any public place that have public sockets (for my corded drill)?
not sure if SG has anything like a public workshop, whereby people do their handicraft inside.

Neighbourhood hardware shop, give them a tip, they do for you sui sui. Better check whether they charge GST hor.

I am a singaporean, I live in singapore, I know the current gst rate in singapore, and I know how much every item in daiso vivocity cost. I even told you to go art friend at bras basah to buy the clock mechanism, but you went the taka branch instead, and they still sold it. What do you reckon?

now a days, Mcdonalds/ Long John/ Burger King all attended by young children and old people.
if they dare to disturb you while you are drilling holes into ceramic tiles, just threaten them with the drill by saying "want me to drill the tile or your skull" and they are sure to run away.
