  Do we need to pay GST or not in Singapore arh?
  
  Because some shops receipts got put GST inclusive, then some shops don't leh...

  Then those shops no put in the receipts cheat my money and eat my money right?

  Spot on! Yeah, they're outta get you. BTW, why the need to create separate thread? Why not combine with the existing one?

  Shops that charge GST have to pay the govt for them to be allowed to charge GST so there are a small number of shops that don't do so.
