Stupid teachers in school

Got anybody here experienced having stupid teachers in school before?
I remember when I was in primary school, our class use to have an idiot chinese teacher. When he give us spelling test that time, he doesn't care when he see students copying from the book or from their classmates.
His rationale for letting them copy? He say that they are still willing to copy from the book or from their classmates means that they still got hope. If 1 day they don't even bother to copy and just hand up a blank piece of paper means that they are hopeless already.
Although this incident happened more than a decade age I still remember very clearly because he is the most fucked up teacher whom I ever encounter.

if your class is those EM3 damn screwed up class then i think actually it works. What's the purpose of spelling? The ultimate motive is to let u practice writing the chinese characters. While they were copying in the process, they too learnt how to write. Objective met. Imho, much better than them handing in empty script.

wah damn clever teacher
as you know, a teacher's pay increment and bonus are based on his/her students performance as his performance review is based on his/her students' results.
here you have a sucky/ ineffective but clever teacher who cannot teach his/her students well but let them cheat to get good scores so his/ her performance review also showed him/her as a good teacher + get good pay increment/ bonus.
when he was caught allowing his students to cheat, he say he let them cheat to encourage them to learn and to let his students have hope + he/ she also appear to be a compassionate teacher.
damn clever sia, kill multiple birds with one stone
reminds me of my primary school history teacher. she always release her test papers to us 1 day before the test. when other students not taught by her complained and the school question her, her reply was
i just gave my students the questions. if they did not study their textbooks to look for the answers, having the questions is also useless. too bad the school did not accept her answers and she was fired.
my whole class got 100% for all history tests up to that point.

This teacher is how old? How many years of experience teaching?
Mine that teacher is a 50+ year old guy who has teach for 30 years and he managed to survive for 30 years
