I have a budget of $70 and I hope to get one in-ear piece with acceptable/good audio output and it's around the neck type, not those Y type of wire. Any recommendation people?

Try the Apple iPod ones, it's good enough for your ears and budget.

though i have to admit they got quite a good high and mid for the price, their bass suck man...i wonder how their new inner earpiece sound like...
