Melted ice cream

There are a few times when I buy ice cream to eat and the moment I open up the ice cream it has already melted halfway already and I have to eat it quickly.
Do anyone here experience such a situation when they buy ice cream?
Do you go back to the shop and ask for a refund or a new ice cream?

Blame it on the weather in Singapore. There was one time when i visited the Macdonald drive-thru at east coast park and I recieved a normal extra value meal when instead i paid for the upsize one.
I didn't go back to exchange it

normally i wouldn't wait too long to eat my ice cream. i mean.. it'll melt so better eat it as soon as you buy it right? =x and normally I'll softly press the ice cream to see if it's hard or not. if it's soft means it's in a melt stage. you can reject the ice cream before buying it. maybe their refrigerator is spoil.

Good grade ICE cream dun melt so fast, those lower grade like potong, wall's, kings..etc etc melt very fast.
by the way, i dun take ice cream, very fat...
