  Literally. The upper floors have comparatively less people as everything up there is very expensive, whereas the basement is crammed full of people as the shops down there sell more "normal-priced" stuffs.

  Its a big CONFUSING MAZE.!!
  -toilets are not on every floor
  -certain levels are not easily access..have to go up to conceirge and take lift down then reach..
  -Level one above like ghost town...for the desperate tais tais....
  -Basements for all the CHEAPOs....

  -entrance messy..jewellery streets like hungry ghost street...
  
  Level 1 above look down on you...went for high tea at one cafe....they block the entrance...say by reservation only today...the waitress told us "we have a maximum guest we can serve today. sorry." inside still have few vacant tables... My gf said have money also cannot spend....LOL...
  
  basements we hear karung kuni shouting and waitress asking if you want to have dinner in their restaurant...
  
  TWO different worlds apart!! The Rich & the POOr.....mall..lol...
