Haiya i got experienced b4 one. I live at CCK btw. I forgot when but it was like sometime ago. It was December i think and its around 11pm plus. I was watching movie with my dad. Then suddenly, like out of the blue, someone knocked damn loudly and rang my house's doorbell. Since my dad is lazy to open the door, i went for the door. As i looked thru the peep hole, i saw an old lady, with white-ish, black hair, carrying 2 red plastic bags. I still can remember what she said (but quite soft la):
'Nak, jual keropok nak, jual keropok' in Malay or 'Selling chips.. selling chips'. Then i was like freaked out la, but luckily i didnt screamed lolollol. Then i rushed to my dad, asking him to switch the TV channel to CCTV mode since my front corridor has this CCTV installed. My father quickly changed A.S.A.P. I nearly fainted when the old lady looked as if shes a ghost on the TV, since her hair covered 3/4 of her face (damn long sia the hair -.-). Anyway, a few seconds later, she carried her two plastic bags and super slowly walked off. Then, curiously, i ran towards the door and looked at the peep hole. SHE WAS GONE, when actually my corridor of outside my house is actually only one straight hallway leading to the lift (quite far somemore). As for now, there is still questions lingering in my mind till now when i recall this incident; 'How did she even walked so fast to the lift?! Did she run? Or she got supersonic slippers that can actually reach to another place?'

The person who spread this story has unknowingly done bad, amidst his/her good intentions of warning people about this mak cik. The story was first publicised in Ria 897fm and even spread to the Malay Daily newspaper.
Do you know how many people are now suffering because of this story? Though peddling is technically not allowed, many of these old aunties who have no other means of supporting themselves now have their livelihoods destroyed. Many people, especially among the Malay community would now not even open the door!
