Mass Dance at public area in Singapore?? Possible?

Hi all,
I have no idea what categories of the forum should I talk about this, but I was watching a few clips on more than 300 people dance to a popular song in some public places, and... I was wondering if it's possible in Singapore? Because I think it would be cool to ask people regardless their age, gender, race and background to gather and learn a dance, then we will go to the public place for an "unplan" surprise for the public who are unaware of it.can watch it here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVJVRywgmYM

I'm talking about dancing in the public anonymously. behind we actually organize and learn the dance, then out in the public, we blend in like normal people, when the song comes, we all break into the dance at the same time.... That kinda thing!
I think it sounds fun... :P maybe should organize one? like ask any uncles, aunties, ah ma, ah gong, xiao mei mei, xiao di di join in also can... lol

It should be alright as long as you do not go overboard and have someone report you or any of the dancers to the police.
I still remember a few months back there was an unregistered "zombie parade" at suntec city which was not publicised.
