Take leave during probation for job interviews

  When you just join a new company there will be a 3 months probation in which any leave or mc is considered as unpaid leave.

   

  Say you are not happy in the new job and you wish to look for a new job. But look for new job you need to go for interview mah.

   

  So what reasons do you give to take leave to go for interview?

   

  Because during probation you take too many leave the company can kao bei kao bu and ask you alot of questions and even sack you..

  Medical problems.

  Try to provide them with a real ( but actually is "chao keng" ) MC from a polyclinic.

  wah. MC during probation is no pay leave. Than you still need to spend $10 to go polyclinic to see doctor to get the mc and queue long long waste time at polyclinic to see the doctor

  Well, but it is the best excuse you could come up with.

  This is especially the case if you need to apply for leave a few times within the few months probation period to go for interviews.

  Go check before take leave during probation.

  Some companies cut pay while some regard it as advance leave

  He wants to have some income even when he is looking for another job, hence he is looking for ways to go for interviews while being still on the job.
