I use the office taiwan chinese xp OS also like cannot type this lea..but got those taiwan funny words lah..What program u use to type wid lea?

In this case, it is the "Velar Nasal"
Look for "U+014B: Latin Small Letter Eng" down the character map and select and copy and paste here
