  Is it legal in Singapore? If so, what are some decent bars/clubs that serve it and how much would a shot be there?

  The "Green Fairy", made most famous by Van Gogh who cut his own ear while drinking absinthe. It was said to cause hallucinations.

  It's not legal in many countries, but u can find some bars in SG selling the "legalise" ones. Around 20 - 30 bucks a pop. Try the black absinthe in Timbre(boat quay), really works wonders :)

  go to the booze shop at Paragon called (pretty apt) Bacchus... they flog the stuff there...

  So much trouble to drink one of these, I still prefer my Budwiser, ice cold of course.
