Just want to share my wife's recent encouters with this beauty saloon called Fresver Beauty at Far east plaza(one of their branch). She went for the trail and was physco to sign up a $188 plan consist of 6 facial session. Last month, her 1st treatment, 1st, they help her to wash her face. Later on a consultant comes in to try to presuade her to add on to the package she has now. Cos her face need more treatment. So the consultant keep recommending her the treatments she need. Is kind of of "Bo bang shua" until u sign up something addition/add on with them. this goes on for quite sometime until she give up. So in the end she offer my wife a cheaper alternaitve, if she want to add extraction ,need to top up $20 per session wif GST. My wife tot extraction was included in all facial treatments. The consultant keep pressing my wife to sign more but she didnt cos she thinks is ridiculous. So the consultant gave up and left the room. So the lady doing treatment for my wife see there are two pimple on her face. But she was unwilling to help out of goodwill to extract the pimple. Yest she went for her 2nd facial session, she want to do a extraction type so the nutrition mask include that was recommended instead of the original colour light therapy. After my wife do the extraction of pimples, she was told to purchase a small bottle of ampul which cost ard $50.If never apply that, the face will appear red. In the end the facial cost more than what is suppose to be ard $30+ with the package. And the consultant attended to my wife has a very bad atittude. So ppl, please try not to go into this brand salon if someone offer u a trail.
