Simpsons, with that show running for over 20 seasons, it still maintains its comedic flair

Just to further add on, there's Futurama [Somewhat a futuristic Simpsons], Big Bang Theory [Mostly geeky comedy] and I quite enjoy Top Gear for some reason, mostly for Jeremy Clarkson.
As for articles, there's FML, MLIA, etc and also the Onion News.
