how does the size of an outlet correlate to what you're looking for?
Big Bookshop at Clementi central very big. But I reckon, the fastest way is the way you're smartest with, ebay.![]()

Agreed. Bigger book stores doesnt mean they have the book your lookin for.
Basheer @ Bras Basah la.
Basheer graphic books, level 4 bras basah complex
Page One, vivo city
ok, i went to kinokuniya yesterday.
actually, i went to kino at taka on friday's night, and had to switch several mrt lines just to get to orchard station (it's 6:00 PM+ and CROWDED like hell at MRT stations like 3rd world country). i took the lift at taka to go to kino at 3rd floor and when i came out, saw the entrance closed and a sign saying there's renovation.
Got a smaller sign next to it that says "Use the main entrance via escalator".
i didn't see that and assume kino closed for renovation long-term, so i got angry as hell and cursed the store.
then, on Sat, i went Borders at Wheellock place, but well........Borders really is crap.
the art and design books section is messy as hell and the books are anyhow chucked and dumped messily.
i can't find the farking book i wanted, so i decided to go back to that taka's Kino and try my luck in case miracle happens.
i took the lift again and this time read the smaller sign CAREFULLY and it says, "Use the main entrance via escalator".
WHOA!!!!!! i almost collapse on the floor after seeing that!!! i could have got the book on fri nite but due to my carelessness, i went thru all these trouble.
so, in the end, i managed to see the book at kino, and i'm SUPER impressed.
the titles are all neatly sorted, all neatly arrange, and the covers are all facing you, meaning u don't have to turn your head 90-degree to see the title on the book's spine.
Kino really rules and u can even check the book's availability on the website and then go get it. Faster than OpenTrolley.com too.
2 lessons i learnt:
1) NEVER RUSH, BE COOL and READ ALL THE SIGNS carefully
2) NEVER GO BORDERS IF YOU WANT BOOKS
thanks guys!

it's logical to think that the bigger a bookstore is, the more chances it has the s*** you're looking for. It's not a sure-guarantee, but the chances of possibility is higher.
i'm sure u learnt the theory of possiblity in primary 4.
Another big bookshop to check out for arty stuff is Page One at vivocity.

By the way, if you're looking for Daiso, its directly above.
FYI, Taka is a dept store. Not a building, the building Taka is in is called Ngee Ann City.
And Kinokuniya sells their book at horribly high prices especially Japan imported ones, you can easily get one over at Japan for $30 while it's $50 here.
Folks have been mentioning Basheer and Page One, but you've ignored them and gone with your own warped logic. Serves you right, ![]()
If everything he did was right, it'll be a parallel universe.![]()

Not nipple tape....
He placed masking tape over his nipples. ![]()
And thinking of re-using it.
