
1) Keep hair off your face.
2) Dont ever touch your face without cleaning your hands thoroughly. And I mean use soap, nail brush and keep your fingernails short.
3) Wash your pillow case often, and sun your pillow. Avoid sleeping with your face on any surface.
4) See a doctor.
5) Wash your face with proper face wash, and apply moisturiser and sunscreen. Preferably doctor approved cleansing products.
6) Take proper meals, exercise regularly to sweat out your excesses and maintain a scheduled sleep/rest period.
7) Consult your doctor for hormonal related pills, or consider taking on evening primrose oil supplement capsules.
8) Do not squeeze your pimples or rub your face with any coarse cloth materials. Only allow to dab dry.
9) Stop eating junk food.
