SIM or MDIS

Hi, i would like to ask you guys if i wanted to get a diploma cert should i choose MDIS or SIM? Seems like MDIS have a shorter time to get the diploma but i heard plp saying that the sch teachers are nt really good. Can some1 give an advice? Thanks

SIM coz the admin is well established .. got lab , nice lect and tut, nice enivroment

MDIS - fast quick but unless you want to cont ur degree in MDIS
SIM - Standard will be higer, tougher, 20/100 you will remodule..

Depends on what you like.
SIM diploma is more like a stepping stone (15 month course) if I never remember wrongly, to be able to be given the chance to pursue RMIT/UOL degree programmes (As they require a diploma, with SIM diplomas being more recognisable to some extent with some exemptions in some cases.)
Ultimately it really depends on what area of studies you would like to pursue.
Best is you know which way you are heading for. Last step of academic studies? Or pursuing further? Pursuing further I recommend SIM. =) -

few of my friends r in SIM.. they like it there becos of the environment. only one of my friends in MDIS.. he like it there becos its fun to socialise there. but on the study matter, idk lols

SIM. I can't forget the time I was informed via SMS at 1030pm in the nite to attend an important talk at MDIS the following morning.

if u want get dip from MDIS, then you better prepare yourself to study their adv dip because their dip is 1-year trash and is worth less than toilet paper. U learn the very basics and simple stuff in whatever dip course u take; totally not enough to even apply for job. At least adv dip maybe got better chance.
AT LEAST toilet paper still can use. What can u do with fucking MDIS cert? use it to wipe butt also very hard and uncomfortable.
last time when i was in MDIS, before every exam, the lecturer will give "tips". These are not "tips". All i can say is, if you write down these "tips", you sure pass with flying colors depending on how much "tips" u write down. Some things not so good to openly say.
i advise u go SIM better.
as for girls.....that's where MDIS shines. TRULY SHINES. Shine until u no mood to study, only want to see chicks all day long.
heck, the prettiest girl i've ever seen in my entire life hails from MDIS too (a definite 9.2 / 10 marks, puts Chiling Lin totally to shame).
full-time class at MDIS = mainly PRCs and foreigners
part-time class (night) at MDIS = lots of super-chio Singaporean (and a few Malaysian-Chinese) XMM + OLs + ah lians
also, the girls at those part-time night classes very daring, very horny.
walk past / near them, they keeping looking at u until u make eye contact with them.
u go there u know liao. very playful, very da4-dan3 that type.

one of the main problems with MDIS is, as i said earlier, got so many chio girls until really cannot focus, which i think is very deadly especially if TS is serious about his education etc.
MDIS's slogan should be changed to "MDIS - Where hot chicks have fun (tm)"

SIM also got alot of chiobus lol.dun believe go there a look there. there are also alot of chiobu from Ngee An Poly lol, which is further inside SIM.

one thing to take note, if you study for a degree and you stop after 1 - 2 modules, you are required to pay for the rest of the course fees.
if you do not made your payment in instalments, your cert or grades will be withheld. there are no textbooks provided, only those MDIS course guidebook provided to you nia.

Seems like SIM is more "solid"
Most of the SIM grads I know of are doing well in their career

MDIS is all about payment lar. if you dun pay, they withhold your grads and result slip and cert, and also timetable.
their timetable always changed one. students turning up for class to find classes is postponed. imagine you travelling from work to class, only to find that it is postponed, how would you feel?
