I mean seriously, do anyone have any banking experiences with POSB for a passbook replacement or change? Do I need to pay $15?
Also to answer FireIce queries, I have a Standard Chartered statement account for salary and POSB Savings for savings. lol
i did not post a query. im giving u an advice.

err isn't printing statement more lesss enviromental friendly?
Green one? That's the old version right? WOW u really seldom use huh :D
To ans yr question, NO, no need to pay anything.
But u gotta queue like everyone else, sibei sian...
And bring yr NRIC just in case.
That said, FI is right, internet banking is convenient and useful
But... u can only see your transactions records of up to the [past 3 months ONLY].
And there's this little electronic security device that they'll give u (free, they'll mail 2u in abt a week?) that u need to use for logging-on.
Cheers

no need to pay lar...
unless u report lost...then may need to pay
Just go down with your old passbook and queue with your NRIC.
Try to instruct them to print out the previous transactions statement and give you a new book.
You can also opt to use your current passbook on the machines and print out the transactions before getting a new book.
Do enquire about changing your atm card too. The new card can be collected on the spot. Dont have your name inscribed on it one.
Do consider also getting the DBS Master Debit or the Go card. Lots of new functions as well as discount or privilege function.
