Can someone help me translate this chinese letter?

  i found this piece of old envelope with a letter in my dad's junk collection.

  i wonder what it says on the letter. Can someone translate to english please? As i m not very fluent in my mother tongue and i can't make out the characters too.

  I can only tell that it's a business letter - nothing much of interest.

  One good thing about computers is that everyone's handwriting becomes totally legible.

  This letter is antique liao, where got stamps put Malaya these days.

   

  Can submit to NHB.
