By wet, I meant dripping wet. Like they did not even bother to wring, and very often wash their fucking windows on a bright sunny day. When confronted, they dare to give the "I learn from upstairs" kind of cheebye excuse. It is making life very difficult for my parents and myself.
Now, this motherfucker everytime see me coming towards the lift, he go in and close the door. 50+ old cheebye give attitude to a teenager like myself.
Is there anyway to
1) Prevent wet clothes from dripping water onto your own that is already dry/drying
2) Wake that motherfucker up
And no, HDB does absolutely nothing. Hell, they don't give a flying fuck about my complaints, be it through email or phone.![]()

watergun the guy's clothing with red dye and throw away all evidence afterwards.
he'll have no proof if it was you. lololol
If they hang their clothes wet and dripping, you can "ensure" that it stays that way for as long as that neighbour is still hanging it outside.
An eye for an eye. ![]()

I dont get what the problem is.
Person hangs washing at HDB outside on poles. Everyone's clothes dry sooner or later.
How does the dripping water affect you?
dripping some droplets... u cant prevent...unless u tell me..they hang it out to dry once they took out from the water bucket..
not everyone use washing machine....n parents are old already..u dont expect them to squeeze so dry right..
and since yours are dry already... bring them in then..
every 1 have problem..if u blame the 1 staying on top...then that poor fella staying on the 2nd floor blame the whole HDB block?
go to one floor higher and then throw cigarette buds.
I have a similar encounter, and I scolded that person loudly...he never did again.

You can buy a machine dryer so that you don't need to hang any clothes outside of your HDB.
You can curse your neighbour upstairs so that he might fall off the windows one day because he cleans them often.
You should continue to live your lives in peace so that you can outlive your neighbour upstairs.
It's just bad luck that you have an inconsiderate neighbour living upstairs, forgive him since you can easily help him out by buying a machine dryer for your family.
Machine dryer is useful when it's rainy season and also your parents won't need to take a risk everytime they try to hang their clothes outside of your HDB.
it's very annoying to have such neighbours..
