I accidentally ate trash

damn.......I accidentally ate some trash....which included boogers and finger nails.....
I was so absent minded....I was finishing eating a small cookie / cake...there was small bits of leftover inside the package.....I put it away....then gathered some trash and put them inside to throw them away together....
I didnt throw it immediately and went reading and surfing internet.....
After some time I saw the packaging again....and wanted to finish up what I thought was a leftover....emptied the whole content of bits and pieces to my mouth.....
Then I noticed I was chewing something odd....pulled out a fingernail...then I remember what happened...
