They are saga seeds. You can try these places: Botanic Garden, Fort Canning and Saint Andrew's Cathedral.

try ur luck outside or near schools
many many many years ago, i picked some from the tree outside the armenian church behind funan, beside the fire station
it may be still there -
if i rmb correctly beside Kheng Cheng Pri sch there got alot of saga seeds.
its some where at Toa Payoh.
i duno that area still hav or not.
