I've been plagued with acne, and i went to see the doctor. now, there are these vicious scars on my face. I'm currently on
Nimegen Soft Cap

And I'm also applying Healthy Shop's face white mud cream with cucumber extract every night for a few hours before i go to sleep. I'm using Zap It steps 3 and 4.

Here's a picture of my scars.

Any Suggestions?

Hi tch1234,
Have you tried using Benzoyl peroxide cream?
Besides that, are you under a lot of stress recently? Stress is one of the factors which affects the growth of acne.
Cheers.
Dont eat too much oily food.

Not really under a lot of stress. These are scars, and no new pimples have been popping up recently.

Hi tch1234,
I believe that you are doing enough already. You can try changing from oranges to lemons though, if you are able to stand the sourness.
As for playing soccer/basketball, I believe this will help answer your query:

e outer skin layer needs 1mths to renew,
for red scars due to pimples, need 3-4weeks to reduce
deeper layer of skin will take 3-6mths to renew...
so...u need alot of patience..and rest...stay out of the sun (which will increase skin's sensitivity)

u used oxy one issit? oxy one too strong. use neutrogena on the spot cream. it works as effective as the 10% one. but milder.

i'm using the blue herbal series - cleanser, lotion aka toner and moisturiser; for specific zits that pop up now and then - it's the blemish control acne
it works!
How old is TS first? If you are below age 21, most likely will have pimples, puberty?
Looks like you are quite lucky, because the scars dont seem to be deep.
I think those scars will go away and get reduced significantly by itself.
The problem is if you have deep scars. So try not to scratch or pick with your fingers.
Over time, your face will be smoother.
If you are still dissatisfied, I have a good recommendation for you:
and...TS didnt read my reply for the qn he asked twice....

but it's already 3-4 weeks but the redness still there...isit different pimples got diff times??
judging the severity of ur acne scars, i think need to wait at least 6 months to a year.
go see a specialist, dermatologist lar. they will prescribe antio-biotics and some topical cream.
Try eating Vitamin E supplements, it will help...and try doing scrub twice a week? It should help u...other than that, what you are doing now is enough already...
