to be safe, massage yourself lah
I massage myself around the eyes.....feels good....
But I think shoulder and back cannot be massaged by ownself.....

Most of them have other services. You might want to go to the established ones at Town Area
which are the massage parlours that employ male masseurs without experience?

Best is that you go for it at road shows... sure safe one... but open air lah...

i did my thai massage at my neighbourhood massage parlour is full 1 hr at $35 with the herb bag applied on the tired area on the body.
She crack my bones and twisted my body to release tension.
Alternate i went to neighbourhood shop behind bishan Junction8. They are doing chinese reflex massage parlour. Good also

back and should can use pillar mah, or go to those Oshim road shows, can get free massage on massage chair free, somemore got nice people serving you.

the staff wear dress smartly, long pants etc = safe
