Why are there no chinese winners in Singapore Idol so far?

7) Males generally are a selfish lot, they only unite when crisis threatening the survival of their gender, or males being bullied. Self is more important than the community.
8) Males generally are not so interested in this kind of event.
So, dont be surprised that males will always win in such contest. coz both males and female only vote for males... ESP the females...

charles and duane cant sing as well - sezairi wins.

I think girls winning is quite impossible.
Do you see guys crowding at those Singapore Idols roadshows screaming at the top of their lungs for the female idols?
If there is a 4th Singapore Idol, we can be quite sure it's a guy and possibly Malay.

We have had 6 Presidents. Only one chinese and no state funeral for him also.
We have had 3 PMs, only one chinese with limited power and influence.
Odd for a chinese majority state isn't it? The real politics is hidden.

Walao ..... when u are good , u are good , whether or not u are chinese , malay or Indian .
I am so sure the new Sgp Idol has got plenty of non-malay votes , esp . from girls .
My view is , many chinese boys and girls out there , are capable of winning ...... but they chose to go for the right market .
Chinese market are bigger .
Eg 潘嘉丽 ？ Making good money at Taiwan and China .
Taufik ? Malaysia ? Indonesia ?
It's all about $$$ i think .
