Err well , i don't have a bank account as well as a credit card.
I need to add funds to my paypal account but as you see, i have nothing to topup my account . I only have cash on hand.
Is there any ways to topup my paypal account ? Example, changing cherrycredits to paypal funds (but i googled that , didn't have any results ) or maybe buying a prepaid scratch card of other gateways and use it to topup paypal , or there is some service online without having the need to meet up .
I really need funds in my account asap. please help me .
