I would not reject a girl if her boobs are small... especially if the girl is chio and have a good character..
But I would reject a girl that has big boobs and with looks that I do not wish to see, or if she has a very bad attitude like always suaning people, all always looking down on others... even if she has the best pair of boobs, nicest, pinkest nipples... i would still say no thanks!!!!!

Depends on how small is small <- addressed towards TS
It is all about proportion, personally wouldn't mind if she has a nice overall body figure and face..
