Most people when they they are shopping they will try to bargain to cut prices.
Have anybody try to bargain at a clinic, haircut salon, restaurant before?
These places they will only charge you after they provide the services/food. So if you try to bargain for a cheaper price after you have finished seeing the doctor, finished your haircut, finished eating at the restaurant etc, they also have no choice but to cut price for you if you say that it is too expensive and bluff them say that you got not enough money to pay them
