Property price in Singapore

Understand that property price in Singapore rose by 50% comparing last year. HDB prices have also increased both new and re-sales. Can someone share what is the likely chances for Singaporean who are working oversea that wish to return in say 1-3 years to own a HDB new flat? I believe that new HDB prices will tag along with prices of re-sales flat. With the immigration policy that this country practices, it means re-sales flat will rise by at lease yoy 20-30%. will this happen be true?

Hard to say......I'm not a professional....maybe it's better you ask a seasoned industry practitioner...such as a developer or a real estate agent.....

Most likely yes if Singapore's economy grows strongly in the next 1 - 3years.

cos mr lee will ask our bosses not to increase our pays but HDB get more expensive anyway

yeah that is a delimma for singapore....sometime it might be better to remain down.

property market have a 10yrs cycle.....
there is up and down. if u cant enter the game now, either get more chip or wait till the game is playable.
dun like this table, can always go to other table with a lesser minimum bet.
